Flog Industries Warranty


 Warranty Period: One (1) Year from Date of Purchase

Flog Industries warrants that its bumper products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty covers the cost of the product only, subject to the terms below.

What This Warranty Covers

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions.

  • Replacement or repair (at Flog Industries’ discretion) of the affected product or part.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Installation or removal costs, or labor costs

  • Freight or shipping charges

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage or scratches

  • Paint or powder coat damage or failure.  Finish issues are not covered under this warranty, as a third-party provider performs all coatings. Flog Industries ensures high-quality prep and application through sandblasting, chemical treatment, and dual-layer powder coating.

  •  Paint damage or failure if the product has been painted or powder-coated by the customer or a third party

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, off-road use, or accidents

  • Any product that has been altered, modified, or improperly installed

  • Consequential damages (including vehicle downtime, mileage, or rental expenses)

What Is Not Considered a Defect

The following are not defects and are not covered by this warranty:

  • Minor finish variations or surface blemishes

  • Surface rust caused by moisture or road salt exposure after delivery

Warranty Conditions

This limited warranty is valid only if:

  1. Proof of Purchase: The purchaser provides valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) showing the original purchase date.

  2. Notification: The purchaser contacts Flog Industries within 30 days of discovering the defect.

  3. Return of Product: The product is returned to Flog Industries at the customer’s expense within the one-year warranty period.

  4. Inspection: Flog Industries inspects the product and confirms the defect was not caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.

  5. Installation: The product was properly installed and not modified after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Flog Industries’ total liability under this warranty is limited solely to the original purchase price of the product. Flog Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Remedies and Limitations

If a defect is verified, Flog Industries will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective item, or

  • Replace it with an equivalent product within a reasonable time.

The original warranty period is not extended by any repair or replacement. All implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the same one-year period.

Non-Transferability

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
